MacBook Air

Which MacBook Is Right For You?

If you’re looking for something affordable that you can easily travel with, this might be the one for you. Here are the specs:

  • 6GHz dual-core i5 processor
  • 8GB RAM
  • Intel HD Graphics 6000 technology
  • $999 model: 128GB flash storage
  • $1,199 model: 256GB flash storage

If you don’t have a huge budget, are moving around a lot, and do mostly general-purpose work, consider a MacBook Air.

MacBook

Apple recently revamped its MacBook offerings, making it even more smaller and lighter than the MacBook Air. The specs for the $1,299 model are:

  • 1Ghz dual-core Intel Core M processor
  • 256GB flash storage

The $1,599 model contains:

  • 2GHz dual-core Intel Core M processor
  • 512GB flash storage

Both models are equipped with an Intel HD Graphics 515 processor and 8GB of RAM. This model is good if you prioritize mobility over everything else and don’t need to connect many devices.

MacBook Pro

This is Apple’s top-of-the-line laptop with multiple models available, depending on your budget and needs. The specs for the 13-inch models are:

  • $1,499 model: Dual-core 2GHz Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB flash storage, Intel Iris Graphics 540 graphics (no Touch Bar)
  • $1,799 model: Dual-core 2.9GHz Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB flash storage, Intel Iris Graphics 550 graphics, and Touch Bar
  • $1,999 model: Dual-core 2.9GHz Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, 512GB flash storage. Intel Iris Graphics 550 graphics, and Touch Bar.

15-inch options:

  • $2,399 model: Quad-core 2.6GHz Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, 256GB flash storage, 2GB Radeon Pro 450 discrete graphics, Intel HD Graphics 530 graphics, and Touch Bar
  • $2,799 model: Quad-core 2.7GHz Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, 512GB flash storage, 2GB Radeon Pro 455 discrete graphics, Intel HD Graphics 530 integrated graphics, and Touch Bar
